The Town of Islip Community Development Agency (hereinafter, the CDA) is accepting proposals for the provision of Plumbing/HVAC services for a term of (2) years with possible renewal. The bid for Plumbing/HVAC services shall include all CDA affiliated Properties including (3) Senior Congregate Housing units. A property list will be provided. Contractors must be licensed by Suffolk County, hold Worker's Compensation Insurance, Asbestos & Lead Abatement and Handling Licenses and Insurance, as well as Disability Insurance, General Liability Insurance, Contractual Liability Insurance and Automobile Liability Insurance. The amounts of insurance and requirement for naming the Agency as additional insured will be detailed in the bid package. Contractors must provide five (5) references of recent work. Minority and female-owned businesses are encouraged to bid. Bid Bonds and Performance Bonds will be required on any bids which exceed $100,000. * Please contact owner for information regarding thei bid*
