No definite date for the rebid.** D264855, PIN 081030, FA Proj Y001-0810-303, Nassau Co., PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE BRIDGE REPAIRS, Towns of Hempstead and North Hempstead., Bid Deposit: 5% of Bid (~ $750,000.00) This project proposes to repair the following bridges to help maintain the reliability and integrity of the bridges and thereby assure the continued safety of the traveling public. 1. Interstate 495 (Long Island Expressway) over Roslyn Road in the Town of North Hempstead, Nassau County 2. Southern State Parkway westbound over Long Island Rail Road in the Town of Hempstead, Nassau County 3. Southern State Parkway eastbound over Long Island Rail Road in the Town of Hempstead, Nassau County 4. Seagirt Boulevard over NY878 (Nassau Expressway) in the Town of Hempstead, Nassau County 5. Loop Parkway over Swift Creek in the Town of Hempstead, Nassau County 6. Loop Parkway over Long Creek in the Town of Hempstead, Nassau County. The current status of the project is In Development. The Bid Opening is expected to be in Fall 2022. Construction is expected to begin in Winter 2022/2023. Construction is expected to be completed in Fall 2024. This project is located in the LONG ISLAND region and includes the following: Counties Nassau Villages Lawrence East hills Every bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or bank cashier's check payable to the NYS Department of Transportation, in the sum of the amount shown on the proposal title page. Bonds must be on form CONR 391. Electronic bids must include an electronic bid bond.
