The Rural Municipality of Coalfields No. 4 is requesting proposals for an audio-visual equipment upgrade for the Council Room in the RM Business Office located at 423 Main St. in Bienfait, SK. We are looking to you, the experts, to provide us with a proposal that will best suit our needs; however, some of the items we would expect to see in a proposal include the following: - Wide-angle camera; - Speakers; - Large screen TV or other recommended screening device; - Other equipment deemed necessary to conduct, and participate in, virtual meetings; - Installation and configuration; - Timeline for receipt and installation of system.
