Summary of Work: The Project consists of stair repairs at the Mary Ellen McCormack Development located in Dorchester area of Boston, Massachusetts, including all improvements as indicated on the drawings and specifications. 1. Contractor shall be responsible for Fire Watch as per Boston Fire Department requirements. 2. Contractor shall comply with the Boston Fire Department and City of Boston Inspectional Services for temporary egress during stair repairs. 3. Stairs shall be completed for use by the end of the work day. 4. Contractor shall comply with State and Federal regulations for lead paint. Existing paint is assumed to contain lead. C.
