Renovation of a municipal facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Contractor will complete the following during the electrical shutdown the night of November 19th, 2022. The date cannot be changed, the contractor will have 10 hours to complete the work starting at midnight. - Oversee Maintenace on PDU panels (Mcgaw) - Oversee EPO and sequence of Operation testing on 3 Tenant Preactions (Tyco) - Install 2 PDU #(2 and 3) + breakers. Test PDUs before putting them in -Modify around cables to the PDU's - Replace Kirkkey in penthouse (kirkkey on site) - Room 350 - change 2 phase cable to 3 phase 15amps - CT to act as contractor for the base building work and other contractors. - Other items as noted in the drawings and specifications Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
