Demolition of the structures located at 217 Gary Boulevard (Glancy Motel) and 223 Gary Boulevard (former Pop Hicks Restaurant). The successful bidder will furnish all necessary materials, equipment, machinery, superintendence, labor, insurance, and other required provisions for the: DEMOLITION OF GLANCY MOTEL & FORMER POP HICKS RESTAURANT Prior to submitting a bid, prospective bidders shall obtain a copy of the Bid Specifications and review them carefully. To obtain the Bid Specifications and to obtain responses to any questions before submitting a bid, prospective bidders should contact City of Clinton Building Official Mr. Toby Anders at Toby.Anders@clintonok.gov or call at 580-214- 1557. Site inspections may also be scheduled with Mr. Anders. All bidders shall accompany their bids with a Cashiers or Certified Check issued by a bank satisfactory to the Owner, or a Bid Bond from a reliable Surety in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid submitted as a guaranty that the Bidder will enter a contract and execute bond and guaranty within twenty (20) days after Notice to Award of contract. Bids without the required check or Bid Bond will not be considered. It is anticipated that the bids will be presented for review and possible action by the Clinton City Council at its regular meeting on Tuesday, November 1, 2022, Beginning at 5:30 PM in the City Council Chambers, 415 Gary Boulevard, Clinton, OK. The successful bidder must also furnish Bonds (Payment and Performance) in the amount of 100% of the total contract price. Once awarded, a Pre-Construction meeting will occur prior to the issuance of Notice to Proceed.
