The owner has selected a Construction Manager. The Canal Winchester Local School District Board of Education is requesting statements of qualifications pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 9.33, et seq., from firms to provide construction manager at risk services for its Dining and Classroom Addition Project. Project Locations: Canal Winchester Middle School (7155 Parkview Drive, Canal Winchester, Ohio 43110) and Indian Trail Elementary School (6767 Gender Road, Canal Winchester, Ohio 433110) A. This Project is anticipated to include a 2,500 sf student dining addition at Canal Winchester Middle School and a 12,000 sf kindergarten classroom addition at Indian Trails Elementary School. The Project may be a part of the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission ("OFCC") Expedited Local Partnership Program("ELPP"). B. The Owner's estimated construction budget for the Project, inclusive of CMR costs, fees, and contingencies, and exclusive of design fees and other soft costs, is$8,200,000. C. The Owner anticipates commencement of pre-construction services immediately commencement of construction by Spring 2023 and Substantial Completion by December 2023.
