Bid Bond 0.00% Payment Bond 0.00% Performance Bond 0.00% Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 10/18/2022 2:00 PM (PDT) The City of Sacramento, Department of Public Works, Recycling and Solid Waste Division, is soliciting proposals to provide landfill groundwater, soil and vapor analyses services in compliance with California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 27. -- Other Details The laboratory is to provide complete analytical services for groundwater, leachate, landfill gas, and soil samples taken from landfills. In order for the laboratory to be considered qualified, the laboratory must be experienced in analysis of groundwater, landfill gas / vapor, and soil samples; be certified by the Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ELAP) for the various analyses as appropriate; and have the capabilities to provide full laboratory services, including meeting the necessary MQLs and PQLs for each lab analysis and turn-around times. This work may be accomplished utilizing subcontractors acceptable to the City, which must also maintain the required State of California certification to complete the subcontracted portions of the program. Subcontractors and their scope of work must be identified within the bid package. Later changes in subcontractors may only be done with the City's written approval. -- The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
