Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Prosper, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 304,920-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.
**As of September 19, 2023, the project was awarded to Ratliff Hardscape,Ltd, with an awarded amount of $5,162,955.06.** The Project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials (except as otherwise specified), and performing all work necessary for the construction of Lakewood Preserve Park Development. Questions and requests for clarifications in regards to this proposal should be submitted in writing through IonWave.net, the Town's e-procurement system, or emailed directly to Jay Carter, NIGP-CPP, CPPB, C.P.M., Purchasing Manager, at jcarter@prospertx.gov. The deadline for receipt of questions and requests for clarifications is 12:00 P.M. on Thursday, July 6, 2023. As of September 27, 2022, design is complete. Tentative bid advertising is October 2022, with construction to follow.
