The District School Board of Niagara (DSBN) is seeking the services of a Roof Consultant to provide professional consulting services to manage the Board's Facility Renewal Roof Replacement Program for all DSBN facilities. The DSBN owns, operates and maintains approximately 100 facilities in the Niagara Region. The total roof area comprises of approximately 4,000,000 square feet. Existing roofs are approximately 75% Asphalt Built Up and 25% Modified Bitumen. The DSBN has an annual budget of approximately $1,500,000 for roof replacements. A contract will be issued for a period of three (3) years commencing April 1, 2023 with four possible one-year extensions. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
