Renovation of an educational facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Working plans call for the renovation of a 12,000-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility.
As of 12/16/2022, owner has selected a contractor. The project will be in pre-construction stage into early next year. This project is a renovation of the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors of the Interdisciplinary Research and Education Building (IREB) building of classrooms and research laboratories. The renovation will provide campus space optimization and realignment on each floor that will benefit academic programs by upgrading labs, classrooms and offices. Substantial completion anticipated to be October 2023. The project is to renovate the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Floors of the IREB of approximately 12,869(GSF) gross square feet. The renovation will provide campus space optimization and realignment on each floor that will benefit academic programs by upgrading labs, classrooms and offices. UNT Health Science Center (HSC) campus located at 3430 Camp Bowie, Fort Worth, Texas 76107.
