Renovation of an educational facility in Hamburg, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
General contract for high school HVAC, Hamburg School District, Hamburg, Arkansas. Bid proposals must be accompanied by a bidders bond or cashiers check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, made payable to the Hamburg School District, Hamburg, Arkansas. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance and payment bond using AIA Document A312. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any or all bids. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of the bids, without written consent of the Owner. The work generally consists of: 1. Removal of 18 packaged wall mount A/C units and replace with new equipment. 2. Removal of one (1) residential window unit and one (1) PTAC unit and replace with new packaged wall mount A/C units. 3. Installation of seven (7) new mini-split systems (ceiling cassettes/heat pumps).
