The deliverables for the Gardiner, Avonlea, and Junction Dam Break study include: Probable Maximum Precipitation (PMP) and Probable Maximum Flood (PMF) determination for the reservoirs at Avonlea Dam and Junction Dam; Dam break models for Gardiner, Avonlea, and Junction Dams using provided LiDAR; Consequence classification for dam safety management and determination of the Inflow Design Flood (IDF) for both Avonlea Dam and Junction Dam; and Four sets of inundation maps for each dam. WSA is a Treasury Board Crown corporation within the meaning of The Crown Corporations Act, 1993 (Saskatchewan) that is governed by The Water Security Agency Act (Saskatchewan). WSA is responsible for water management in the Province of Saskatchewan, which includes managing the Province's water supply, protecting water quality, ensuring safe drinking water and the treatment of wastewater, reducing flood and drought damage, protecting aquatic habitat, and managing 72 dams and related supply channels. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
