West Lafayette Campus Matthews Hall AC1-2 AHU and Chilled Water Pump Replacement - 2022 Replace the air handling unit that serves the computer lab and the chilled water pump that serves the building. The existing steam finned tube radiation will be replaced with hot water finned tube radiation, with new pipe chases for vertical piping. New duct, diffusers, ceilings, and lights will be installed. The existing mechanical room will be enlarged to accommodate the new air handling unit. A new louver will be installed for relief air.
