Question Submission Close Date 9/28/2022 2:00 PM EDT The University of Massachusetts, Amherst reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept bids either in whole or in part, and waive any irregularities or defects in any proposal, should it be deemed to be in its best interests to do so. The University of Massachusetts also reserves the right to approve and or remove the service representative for this contract. The contract may be terminated without cause by either the University or the Contractor bygiving written notice to the other at least thirty (90) calendar days prior to the effective dateof termination stated in the notice. The term of Contract will be three years, commencing on or about October 15, 2022. The issuer may extend the term of Contract at its option for up to three years past the contractual end date. Supplier is to provide annual pricing and cost for each year of a contract extension. Please break out the total costs of treatment in the summary page by boiler, and condenser system. The Successful Bidder shall execute a Contract For Services within five (5) working days of receipt of notification of contract award, from the University. A copy of the Contract For Services form is attached to this document for informational purposes only (see Attachment). A Certificate of Insurance will be provided with the completion of the Contract for Services.
