A timeline for award has not yet been established.** 1801 West Jefferson Street Sidewalk Improvements Project The City of Joliet, Illinois, does hereby invite sealed bids for 270 feet Curb & Gutter R&R; 3400 SF PCC Sidewalk R&R-Special; 175 SY PCC Driveway Pavement, 8"; 270 feet barrier curb; 150 SF Detectable Warnings; 225 SY Pavement Removal; 50 SY HMA DRIVEWAY PAVEMENT, 3"; 1 EA HANDHOLE TO BE ADJUSTED Any Questions or Clarifications Concerning These Specifications Should Be in Writing and Directed to Dawn a. Kochan, Contract Administrator at Phone No. (815) 724-3925 or (815) 724-3929 Fax. Performance Security: 100% All bidders will be required to submit Bid Security in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or a Bid Bond in the amount of TEN percent (10%) of the Base Bid, payable to the City of Joliet. Bidders are required to be pre-qualified through the Illinois Department of Transportation or Capital Development Board. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that their pre-qualification information is provided to the City of Joliet Purchasing Division prior to the bid opening. The City of Joliet reserves the right to reject any and all bids, parts of any and all bids, or to waive technical errors or omissions in bids.
