Kochan, Contract Administrator at Phone No. (815) 724-3925 or (815) 724-3929 Fax. Performance Security: 100% All bidders will be required to submit Bid Security in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or a Bid Bond in the amount of TEN percent (10%) of the Base Bid, payable to the City of Joliet. Bidders are required to be pre-qualified through the Illinois Department of Transportation or Capital Development Board. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that their pre-qualification information is provided to the City of Joliet Purchasing Division prior to the bid opening. The City of Joliet reserves the right to reject any and all bids, parts of any and all bids, or to waive technical errors or omissions in bids.
