the City of Lake Charles, Louisiana, will receive sealed bids for the following: Annual Supply of Asphaltic Mixtures for Cold Application for use by the Public Works Department. Annual Supply of Polymer Flocculants for use by the Public Works Department, Wastewater Division. Annual Supply of Water Treatment Chemicals for use by the Public Works Department, Water Division Annual Supply of Traffic Control Products for use by the Public Works Department, Communications & Traffic Division. Electronic bids may be submitted at website. All bids MUST be plainly marked on the outside of the sealed envelope with the appropriate bid numbers: BID FOR BID #________and FILE ID #________. No bids will be accepted after the above time and date. The City of Lake Charles reserves the right to accept or reject any and all of the bids and to waive formalities and technicalities. In the event any two or more of the bids submitted are equal, the City in its discretion may select the party to whom the contract shall be granted. The City of Lake Charles fully complies with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related statutes and regulations in all programs and activities.
