Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The work identified in this Contract will be performed in the CITY OF DETROIT, in Marion County, at the project sites identified on the plans. The project includes the construction of a new CMU Building, installation of a temporary membrane ultrafiltration plant (supplied by the City), installation of a new chemical feed system, installation of raw water pumps, and various mechanical piping. Contractor shall supply and install all interconnecting piping between water supply, City supplied equipment, and pressurized distribution lines, as well as supply and install various valves. Contractor shall complete site grading and new gravel road/driveway improvements as shown. Electrical work included in this contract is the installation of all electrical panels, conduit, and other various equipment, all to be supplied by contractors. All valves, fittings, and appurtenances shall be supplied and installed by the Contractor unless explicitly identified otherwise.
