The work will done under one prime contract that includes: Environmental remediation work. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1.) Site mobilization/demobilization. 2.) Structural demolition. 3.) Petroleum-contaminated soil excavation. 4.) Backfilling. 5.) Waste Disposal. 6.) Site Restoration. The Section 00 41 73 Prime Contractor Response Form (Response Form), which includes the attachments listed in the project manual table of contents, is posted within the VirtuBid area of the Plan Room. The Response Form must be downloaded, completed, and uploaded with the bid before it can be posted. This solicitation includes qualification requirements. Attachment C of the Response Form contains the qualification requirements for the solicitation. Qualification requirements include, but are not limited to: Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor, not as a subcontractor the work for at least 2 contracts which have achieved Substantial Completion since June 5, 2015 for building demolition and petroleum contaminated soil excavation with surface restoration.
