Renovation of a mixed-use development in Upton, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The work includes, removal of coal-fired boilers and associated piping, auger system, dampers, flues, etc and replacement with new gas-fired boilers and new heating hot water plant equipment. It also includes removal and replacement of concrete housekeeping pads, the full cleaning and painting of Boiler Room and mezzanine and the sealing-off of the existing exterior coal bin. Minor membrane roof patching is required at existing vent penetrations. Work also includes an Alternate for the demolition of existing heating hot water ceiling radiation panels and associated controls, replacement of existing variable air volume boxes and associated controls and replacement of the existing facility pneumatic/electronic temperature control system outside of the boiler room with a new BACnet protocol DDC system integrated into the new front-end system provided under the boiler plant replacement scope of work.
