Renovation of a medical facility in Greeneville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,069-square-foot medical facility.
project number 22-138 The project consists of the renovation of the Greene County Clinic, approximately 2,069 square feet. A minimal amount of new construction will be metal stud construction. Pertinent interior finishes including, doors, gypsum board interior partitions, flooring, mechanical and electrical systems. Any/all debris will be disposed of at the greene county landfill. (no substitutions will be Allowed). A 5% bid security is required. The bid security is to be made out to the Greene County Government. A Performance and Payment Bond will be required for the Work. Contractors submitting bids are mandated by State Law to be duly licensed and representative of classifications pertinent to the areas of the Scope of Work. All bids must be submitted on BID FORM furnished by the Architect. Owner reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any and all bids.
