**As of November 08 ,2022, this project was identified as an RFP and the owner expect to enter into a development and use agreement by the end of February 2023, if we decide to award.** Single Family Infill Construction The City of Shaker Heights, in its continued efforts to enhance the marketability and competiveness of the City's neighborhoods, is seeking proposals from qualified builders or developers for the construction of single-family infill development on City-owned vacant residential parcels. The City has roughly 170 developable parcels within the Municipal Landbank. New single-family home development should complement existing housing in the surrounding neighborhoods, including adhering to the City's design standards.
