PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR PREPARATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE CITY'S PAVEMENT Consultants to prepare a Pavement Management Program. Currently the City utilizes a detailed inventory of street segments identifying current pavement conditions to develop and prepare it's annual street resurfacing and maintenance program. PROPOSAL OVERVIEW 2. Proposals shall be submitted in 8 1/2 x 11 format including any City-provided forms. 3. Submit one original and 3 copies of the written "Work proposal". 4. Submit pricing in a separate envelope entitled "Cost Proposal". 7. Proposals must be signed by an official authorized to bind the firm and shall be valid for sixty (60) days. The City of Cathedral City reserves the right to: 1. Reject any or all proposals; 2. Postpone award of the contract for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from date of proposal opening; 3. Waive informalities in the proposals; and 4. Select the proposal(s) which appears to be in the best interest of the City.
