Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Madison, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and 3,704-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.
As of October 14, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The Base Bid consists of the construction of architectural and structural updates to the Villages boathouse, located along the lakeshore of McKenna Park. Bidders must be pre-qualified with the Village of Shorewood Hills within the last year or must be pre-qualified for this work 5 days prior to the bid deadline in accordance with Section 66.0903 of the Wisconsin Statutes. Each bidder must deposit, with his bid, security in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid amount. Bidders must be experienced in municipal pipeline construction. The Village of Shorewood Hills reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in any bid.
