The work to be accomplished under this contract is located between the Court of Appeals Building, 361 Rowe Blvd. Annapolis, Maryland & the Tawes Complex Pod E, 580 Taylor Ave. Annapolis, Maryland in the area known as Tawes Garden. The successful contractor is to provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, insurance, licenses, etc. required to repair the underground water leak in the heating or cooling piping. All work is to be in accordance with the documents and references contained in this scope of work. All Minority Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. The solicitation is for Small Business Reserve only.
