Architectural/engineering firms to perform basic services for a HUD Capital Fund Program (CFP). All services shall be in accordance with CIAP HUD Handbook 7485.1, Revision 4 and Modernization Standards HUD Handbook 7485.2, Revision. Please respond with a letter of interest, which must include a clear indication of your understanding of the modernization program, evidence of your firm's ability to perform the services, evidence that the Architect/Engineer is registered or licensed to perform the required services in the State of Louisiana, evidence of Professional Liability Insurance and a certified statement that the Architect/Engineer, or firm is not debarred, suspended or otherwise prohibited from professional practice by any Federal or State Agency. Also respond to the following: Professional/technical competence and experience; Capability to provide professional services in a timely manner; Past performance in terms of cost control, quality control and compliance with performance schedules; Knowledge of building codes, and; Other evaluation factors.
