The scope of work for the modernization assessment for each of the facilities shall include, but not limited to, the following: a) The scope of the assessment will focus on the entire pool facilities, including but not limited to the main pool, pool deck, washroom and change rooms, viewing areas, pool administrative area, equipment and maintenance spaces on site. The scope will included all interior and exterior building components servicing the pool facility, including building envelope, roof, pool filtration systems, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Proponents are cautioned that the timing of their submission is based on when the Proposal is RECEIVED by the on-line bidding system, not when a Proposal is submitted, as transmission can be delayed due to file transfer size, transmission speed, etc. For the above reasons, it is recommended that sufficient time is given to complete your submission and to resolve any issues that may arise. The closing time and date shall be determined by the on-line bidding system's web clock. Late submissions are not permitted by the on-line bidding system. Award of Work: October 2022 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
