The City and County of Broomfield (the "City") acting through the Facilities Management Division is requesting proposals from all qualified individuals, organizations, firms, or other entities, whether for-profit or not-for-profit to provide Detention Center Hydronic & Domestic Water Boiler Replacement Services at the Broomfield Detention Center located at 11600 Ridge Parkway, Broomfield, CO 80020. The boiler systems being addressed with this proposal are located in both the older and newer portions of the Detention Center. The domestic hot water supply system will need to connect to the system that is not being replaced within the newer portion of the facility. The work will include the removal and disposal of the existing hot water boiler, if such work can be accomplished within the City's budget for this project. However, City staff may complete this work independently. The equipment installation will be on the lower level of the facility within the mechanical room as shown on the attached facility floor plan
