The project scope of work includes the removal and replacement of roof systems at the New Castle County Fire School and Office of the State Fire Marshal. It also includes, but is not limited to the removal and replacement of flashings, roof drains, scuppers, downspouts, curbs and expansion joints. The successful bidder must post a performance bond and payment bond in a sum equal to 100 percent of the contract price upon execution of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities therein.
