Renovation of a detention facility in Phoenix, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
For Adobe Mountain Juvenile Corrections Doors and Locks Upgrade This project consists of providing new upgraded Cell Doors and Shower Doors/Hardware to 4 units at the Adobe Mountain Juvenile Corrections. Construction documents prepared by Marlene Imirzian Architects & Associates and ADOA Division 1. PN - 2022- 302 Questions regarding the RFP contact the ADOA GSD Project Manager - Britt Olachea ADOA Sr. Pm. C - 602-292-6560 This Project is a Maintenance Replacement of All Cell and Shower Door(S) and Frame(S) for Adjc Adobe Mountain Facility in (4) Buildings 280 (Venture), 290 (Crossroads), 300 (Genesis) & 310 (Quest) ~ Refer to Building Key Plan for Locations. All Existing Cell and Shower Doors Are to Be Removed and Replaced for Security Purposes. Saw Cutting Of Existing Corridor Walls Will Be Required at Each Cell Door to Accom Modate the New Frame and Lock Assembly. All New Cell Doors Will Be Controlled at One Location via Control Panel in Control Room. Lock Position Will Be Lowered in Height for Staff Safety. The Shower Door and Frame Will Be Replaced And Master Keyed to Match Cell Doors. New Paint Will Be Applied to All New Doors and Frames Including Patched and Repaired Areas at Walls and Existing Transom. Add Alt #1: Door Manufacturer to Provide Cell Doors With 5 X 15" I.d. Cuff Port as Shown in Elevations. No Other Work to Be Performed.
