Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Mead, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
This project will log and remove trees in order to construct an access road and grade the top of a ridge to create usable space for the new maintenance facility. Water, phone, and electrical utilities will be trenched from below up to the new shop location. The new shop will include 3 bays along with office spaces bathroom and upper mezzanine. A septic system will be construction to handle shop sewer. Propose supplies and a fuel shed, with relocated fuel storage tank will be constructed, along with a dumpster pad. ESTIMATED BID RANGE: $2,250,000 - $2,750,000 Mandatory 15% apprentice labor hours of the total labor hours are a requirement of this construction contract.. Washington State Parks reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities.
