WRRF is owned by the Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA). C. Entire work is grouped into four separate tasks as follows: 1. Task 1: Emergency Bypass Stack Modifications 2. Task 2: Internal Refractory and Other Improvements 3. Hearth 1 and 2 Sludge Feed Hole Enlargement 4. Breech Modifications
