The work consists of the supply of all labour, material, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the work shown, or described by, or reasonably inferred from these contract documents. The construction works include the following items for the construction of 2,700 meters of roadway that will be constructed in three (3) phases: - Tree Clearing and Grubbing of roadways and stormwater management lots. - Rock Excavation (Roads, Ditches, Trenching and Stormwater Management Ponds). - Construction of new Roadways and Widening of Osprey Miikan and Yellek Road. - Construction of Stormwater Management Ponds, Ditches and Slopes. - Erosion and Sediment Control. - Clean-up of Site.
