Sealed proposals should be labeled Rowan County Detention Center HVAC System Preventative Maintenance If mailed/shipped, proposal should be enclosed in another envelope and addressed to: Rowan County Fiscal Court, Rowan County Courthouse, 600 W Main Street, Suite 158, Morehead, KY 40351.The Rowan County Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any and all proposals in the best interest of the citizens of Rowan County Bid proposals must also state the hourly rates and any other charges associated with non-routine maintenance.Any proposal received after the time and date specified, or not properly marked, shall not be considered and will be returned unopened to the proposer.
