Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Lamar, Colorado. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
For the demolition of the County building located at 207 E. Elm Street, Lamar, CO 81052. The demolition process will commence after asbestos abatement in the building is completed. All persons or businesses submitting bids must maintain active Workers Compensation and General Liability insurance policies. Proof of such coverage must be included with bids. Any bids received without proof of insurance will be rejected. The Board of County Commissioners may require persons or businesses to purchase additional insurance coverage if the current coverage is deemed insufficient. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
