Site work for a residential development in New Rochelle, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a residential development.
The City of New Rochelle is seeking bids for the complete removal of the existing fencing and installation of a new privacy fence located at 224 East Main Street in New Rochelle, NY 10801. Needs to be installed by October 22, 2022. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Late bids will NOT be accepted! Contract term: Until Completed County(ies): All NYS counties Location: 224 East Main Street * These goods or services have been purchased from an out-of-state/foreign vendor within the past three years. Business entities awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: D.F. Eastwood Construction Due to the size of the work area, we foresee removal and installation in at least two parts in order to keep area secure. The area will have to be secured at the end of each working day. 2. Fence Specifications/Requirements The City requires the following: o Removal of existing fence o Removal of posts, footings and rusted posts. o Installation of black vinyl coated chain link fence with privacy slats o Estimated linear footage is 286 ' See the following document attached as Exhibit C The fence installation area is between the green symbols.
