Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Garden City, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project generally includes construction of the: campground service utilities including potable water source, storage, pressurization, and distribution system; electrical distribution and service system; wastewater collection and holding structures; entry guard station and area improvements; utility building and driveway; campsite and camp host shade shelters (pavilions), tables, and fire rings; campsite utility connection pads and marker bollards; campground dumpster pads; group RV / campsite loop roadway, firepit and grill; campsite gravel return lane; concrete and/or asphalt pavement surfacing; and, finish and fine grading of the campsite area. The prefabricated "Tioga" CXT restrooms will be delivered and installed by CXT. As of November 15, 2023, this project is nearing completion. Construction commenced April 2023. Completion is expected by the end of November 2023. *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
