Renovation of a fire / police facility in Lancaster, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 5,220-square-foot fire / police facility.
Installation of approximately 5,220 square feet of flooring in the Police building, 525 Pavement Road, Lancaster, NY. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents or the Contract Documents shall be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. In order to receive consideration, questions must be received by ENGINEER at least ten days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids. Any interpretations of questions so raised, which in the opinion of ENGINEER require interpretations will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to holders ofrecord documents for receipt not later than three days prior to the date fixed for the opening ofBids. The ENGINEER and OWNER will not be responsible for oral interpretations or clarifications which anyone presumes to make on their behalf. Work Elements: Remove LVT Flooring Remove Rubber Base Grind all epoxy and paint from concrete floor Disposal of all debris Install Patcraft Walk Right In II Style 10304 in Waiting Area and Check Point Area (approx. 720SF) Install Patcraft Natural State 20 Style 1533V in remaining areas (approx. 4.500SF) Include Base and Vinyl Transitions Include all floor remaining preparation after removal of old flooring
