Statement of Work: The purpose of this solicitation is to identify a contractor for pressure washer repair services at various Pierce County locations on an as-needed basis. This work will be assigned by Pierce County by purchase order, addressing the scope or work and required time of completion. The Contractor shall provide on-site repair services, pickup and deliver when necessary, and furnish all parts, service, labor and testing to repair defective products requested by the County. The Contractor will make repairs to equipment, including but not limited to the Hotsy wash bay system, when required. The Contractor will respond to calls for service within one (1) business day after the request or within a timeframe agreed upon by the ordering division. The contractor will arrive at the County location with all necessary tools, materials and equipment required to commence work. Pierce County shall at all times have the right to inspect the equipment and Work performed by the Contractor under this Contract. Pierce County reserves the right to make such inspections whenever necessary in its sole judgment in order to ascertain that the requirements of this Contract are being fulfilled by the Contractor. Any deficiencies noted by Pierce County resulting from such inspections shall be promptly corrected at the Contractors sole expense.
