For Snow and Ice Removal and Snow Hauling This addendum modifies, amends and supplements parts of the Contract Documents for their above project and is hereby made a part thereof by reference and shall be binding as though inserted in locations designated hereunder. It shall be the responsibility of the bidders to notify all the subcontractors and suppliers the bidders proposed to use for the various parts of the work for any changes or modifications contained in this addendum. No claim for additional compensation because of a lack of knowledge of the contents of this addendum will be considered. All bidders must acknowledge the Addendum in their Proposal Form to be submitted as part of the RFQ. Failure to acknowledge this addendum may result in the rejection of your submission. The following is addenda 1 to the Specifications & Contractual Agreement for Snow and Ice Removal & Snow Hauling Operations specifications.
