The County of San Diego is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms interested in providing Pavement Management and Road Condition Survey Engineering Consultant Services ("Offerors"). Offerors found to be qualified as a result of this RFSQ will be eligible for award of as-needed contracts for As needed Engineering Services for Pavement Management and Road Condition Surveying. The contract term of resulting contracts is anticipated to be an initial (base) period of One (1) year with Four (4), One (1) year options. This anticipated contract cost is not exceed three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) per year for the initial term of the Agreement, and option year one; five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for option year two; and two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) per year for option years three and four.
