Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Newfane, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The installation of a new concrete deck on Bridge #44 over the Wardsboro Brook Location: Newfane, VT on Roy Brooks Rd. near the intersection with South Wardsboro Road. Length of structure: 29 feet Roadway width curb to curb: 14 feet Deck width: 16 feet Scope of Work: - Remove existing deck - Install new engineered pre-cast concrete deck on existing abutments - Drill and pin concrete on abutment #1 to encase stone abutment - Install new guard rail All work shall follow VTrans' Standard Specifications for Construction and all VOSHA and environmental regulations shall be followed. Contractor will be responsible for all incidentals necessary to complete the project, such as but not limited to; mobilization, traffic control (maintain one-way traffic at all times), cleaning and site restoration.
