The work includes, but is not limited to, removing current equipment and connections, installing updated equipment and connecting it to electrical systems and adjusting building electrical as appropriate. The work will be completed as public works contract as allowed by RCW 35.22.620. Contractors should read all language in the Contract Documents including the Special Provisions carefully. Estimated quantities for each category of work are included in the Bid Schedule. Refer to notes on the Proposal Form for information on bid evaluation procedures.. COMPLETION OF WORK: The WORK must be completed within the number of working days established under each the resulting contract. It is anticipated that the CONTRACTOR shall be allowed 60 working days to complete following the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. No work shall occur until the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. City's Estimate for this project is $85,000. Provide, Design, and install a complete working audio/video solution in 2 courtrooms in the Bremerton Court Facility in Bremerton, WA for the purposes of in-room sound reinforcement, courtroom video services, courtroom teleconferencing/videoconferencing services, and courtroom audio/video recording for official record-keeping. Quote to include removing all audio/video equipment from existing rack, installation of vendor provided audio equipment, and vendor provided terminations, plates and connectors.
