Total Base Bid + Alternate 1 + Alternate 2 + Alternate 3: $8,579,000.00 Project Number-22-070 The work includes HVAC Upgrades at the buildings as listed above in section 1.2 B. The work in general includes but is not limited to the following: Masonry Structural Steel (supports for rooftop units) Windows (modify windows for new mechanical ventilation) Roofs (patch and repair roof after installation of new HVAC) Finishes Plumbing/Fire Protection Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Electrical Fire Alarms (connected to new HVAC equipment) Completion bond- 100%
