As of June 19, 2023, construction is underway, however, an exact timeline for construction has not been confirmed. No further inquiries to be accepted. Longfellow Elementary and Roosevelt Elementary Restroom Remodel The sites of the work are located at the Longfellow Elementary School, 2003 5 th Avenue and Roosevelt Elementary School, 1306 9 th Avenue, Scottsbluff Nebraska. The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Restroom improvements including floor and wall tiling, painting, and fixture removal/replacement. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) unqualified of the amount of maximum Bid price shall be required with each Bid. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof Right is reserved in the interest of the Owner to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informality in the Bids received. *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
