The Town of New Windsor is requesting written, sealed proposals for asphalt paving on 4 Town roads. The total length of road is 5,783 LF or 137,585 SF. Cleaning and filling existing cracks and joints (between previous pavingpasses)in the existing Hot Mix Asphalt surfaces as needed. Milling, sawcut, tackandjointsealfor all paving tie-ins to meet existing surfaces. Raising all storm drain, utility manholes and valve boxes, to the propose delevation of the overlay paving as necessary. Replacement of storm drainpipes and inlets if necessary and as approved by Town Manager. Remove and replace road stone base (graded aggregate base) as necessary at there commendation of the contractor and approval of Town Inspector Construction of Hot Mix Asphalt Superpave 9.5 mm Surface Course1 1/2 inches compacted depth, Hot Mix Asphalt Superpave 19.0 mm Base Course 3.0 inches compacted depth and Graded Aggregate Base Remove and re-install cross walk and striping as necessary. Cross walkandstripingshall meet ADA compliance and be re-installed to existing grade
