As of April 14, 2023, information regarding the award and award date has not been disclosed. A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The scope of work for this project is to develop construction documents for a 29,000 SF vehicle maintenance shop, 20,000 SF unheated vehicle storage building, motor vehicle storage area, access roads, parking, and landscaping. Required services will include Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, and Building Commission (Advanced w/building envelope). The design will need to comply with National Guard Bureau submittal requirements which includes an accompanying Project Manual and Project Book. Interested firms shall submit an electronic copy via email to the Project Manager no later than 4:00 PM MT, October 6, 2022.
