This project has been awarded to John Garcia Construction. Construction of 450 linear feet of 8 PVC sanitary sewer in Rutherford Boulevard and connection to existing 8 PVC sanitary sewer through an easement within Evergreen Acres Condominium which connects to the sanitary sewer in Main Avenue. Bids are to be delivered no later than the prevailing time indicated above, but it is strongly urged that due to Covid-19 restrictions, bids be delivered ahead of the above bid opening time. Bids shallbe delivered to the Finance Office, located on the 2nd Floor of 900 Clifton Ave, Clifton, County ofPassaic, New Jersey 07013, attention of James J. Jorgensen, Purchasing Agent. The City of Clifton is prohibited from publicly opening bids on Mondays or any day directly following a State or Federal holiday
