Renovation of a municipal facility in Sanford, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Lee County is requesting an informal bid to replace the existing 5 Ton HVAC equipment at the Lee County Adult Probation Office located at 1503 Elm St., Sanford, NC 27330. The project consists of the removal and disposal of the existing HVAC Equipment to include the installation of a new14 SEER 5 Ton HVAC gas package unit with custom curb adapter, thermostat, electrical disconnect, manual outside air damper, and plumbing to ensure a complete working system. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids, any part of a bid, or to waive informalities and technicalities in the bidding procedure. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of opening.
